Passage of the FDA Modernization Act 2.0 Clears the way to Reduce Animal Testing

“There was this requirement that you use animals and that requirement is gone. However, the standard that the FDA has to meet, the safe and effective standard, hasn’t been changed,” Locke said. “So it’s not like it’s going to be easier to get things on the market.
