How Should the 3 R’s Be Revised and Why?
In the September issue of AMA Journal of Ethics, team members Rebecca Critser and Paul Locke discuss The 3R’s, how those principles fall short today, and potential modification to make the principles more effective. The article calls for better promotion of “replacement” through clear regulatory approval pathways as well consideration of the 3Vs’ experimental “validity.” Congratulations to Rebecca and Paul on their publication.
